- Store all supplements in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, unless otherwise instructed. Probiotics and some supplements may state that they need to be REFRIGERATED after opening
Homeopathy:
Do:
- Take away from food and strong flavors (mint, coffee, brushing teeth) for better absorption.
- Adults: Take 10 drops under the tongue or on the cheek. Hold for 5-10 seconds before swallowing.
- Infants: Take 5 drops under the tongue or on the cheek. You may also administer drops via the side of the mouth to avoid spitting.
- Put drops in 20ml of water only if directed by your healthcare practitioner.
- Take 3 pills per dose. Pour the recommended dosage from the bottle cap directly into your mouth. Avoid touching the pills.
Don’t:
- Take homeopathic remedies with food in your mouth
- Put homeopathy drops in eyes, ears, nose, open wounds etc.
- Put drops in food, milk, or juice
- Touch pills, place them in other containers, place them in your palm, or dilute them before taking.
Storage:
- Keep all homeopathic remedies away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Store in a cool cabinet, away from strong substances like food and chemicals.
- Do not refrigerate unless instructed.
Powders:
